1. Do you offer memberships? Yes we do. Please go to the subscriptions page for details.
2. What are the limits as far as a commission is concerned? Will you draw anything? We will draw any subject matter that you wish, but nothing that is too out of the ordinary. Please keep your description brief and simple - too much detail inhibits the creative nature of the work.
3. How quickly can I expect my art? Any prints or other product that only has to be packaged will normally leave our office with 24 hours from the time your order is placed on line. Depending on your location, it should arrive between 4 and 7 days after you have placed your order with us. Commissions vary depending on which size and medium used, but usually a commission will be completed within 48 hours from the time order is placed, unless it is an oil on canvas 24 X 36 then you would add 2 weeks to the 48 hours. Then it would be mailed.
4. How do you ship your products? We take the utmost care in the packaging of our products. Our main goal is to deliver your product safely. Insurance can be purchased at your request. Paintings and Sculptures - insurance is automatic (paid by us).
5. Where are you guys located? We recently re-located to Northern California.
6. Do you have any openings in your company? On occasion we will hire an individual for a particular project on a contractual basis. However as we expand we will be looking for qualified individuals. All job listings will be posted in this section at the bottom.
7. Do you really offer royalty free images to artists and website owners? Currently we are working on developing within our site a place where you will be able to choose from categories within our photography stock photo center a set of photos that you would like to use. You simply send in your request to us and we will send you high resolution versions for you to use as you see fit, you will be able to print these as well. Isn't that great? We will also be offering free desktop wallpapers and icons free for you to use!! Keep an eye out fore these goodies.
